These Terms govern your use of Intervals Agent. The service is provided by q5m.ai.

Intervals Agent is an alpha product. Features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur while quality and safety improve.

You are responsible for confirming each scheduled workout is appropriate for your goals, health, and constraints. Intervals Agent provides software-generated training guidance and does not replace one-on-one coaching, medical advice, or individualized clinical care.

You must keep your account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or interference with platform operations may result in suspension.

The service integrates with third-party platforms such as Intervals.icu and other connected tools. Third-party downtime, API changes, or account issues can affect behavior outside our control.

Our Privacy Policy describes how account, planner, integration, and telemetry data are handled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" during alpha without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a specific purpose, or guaranteed training outcomes.

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
